One-Year Warranty — Complete Terms & Supplementary Clauses

One-Year Warranty Overview

We provide a 1-year warranty for Valtinsu E-bikes and batteries.

Purchase and Rider Requirements: Purchasers must be 18 years of age or older. Minimum rider age and other rider requirements vary by model. Riders under 18 must meet the requirements listed on the applicable product page and ride under direct adult supervision.

Target Audience of the Limited Warranty

The warranty is automatically registered when the original purchaser orders from valtinsusport.com.

Therefore, the warranty only applies to the initial purchaser, and the warranty starts from the date the original owner receives the product.

Second-Hand Purchases

You will only be covered if all of the following conditions are met:

The initial owner received the item(s) within 1 year (the 1-year warranty has not expired).
You have the initial owner’s name and original order number.

Stolen Bikes

Unfortunately, stolen bikes are not covered under warranty.

Valtinsu E-Bike One-Year Warranty

All Valtinsu bikes are covered by our manufacturer’s 1-year warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects.

Please note: Free accessories are not covered by warranty service.

The 1-year warranty will begin from the date the original owner receives the product.

Replacement Procedures

Valtinsu will replace any component deemed defective or damaged (including damage incurred during shipment), excluding user errors.

Claims

All warranty claims must be submitted to service@valtinsu.com. Proof of purchase and photos or videos of damaged products are required.

Before submitting a claim, we recommend contacting service@valtinsu.com, as there may be a simple fix for your issue.

Valid warranty claims will be processed within 1 year of the initial purchase date. Valtinsu will not replace any parts without first reviewing photos or videos of the damaged product.

Shipping Damage Claims

In rare cases, items may be damaged during shipping. If this occurs, please contact service@valtinsu.com with photo or video proof.

Note: We will not accept shipping damage claims made more than 14 days after receipt of the product. Free accessories that are scratched during transportation are not eligible for replacement or compensation.

Component-Specific Warranty Terms

Frame

Valtinsu e-Dirt Bike frames are covered by a 1-year replacement warranty.

This warranty only covers the replacement frame.
Labor costs to transfer components are not included.
Replacement work must be authorized by Valtinsu.
Valtinsu reserves the right to use scratch-and-dent stock for replacements. Frame styles or colors not in stock may be replaced with a compatible option at our discretion.

Frame issues not covered include:

Corrosion
Paint fading, scratches, or impact marks
Impact damage
Irreversible modifications (drilling, welding, etc.)
Chain guard mounting issues

Supplementary Clause (Section 7.1): Damage caused by improper riding or intentional collision is excluded. Replacement after the warranty period is chargeable.

Battery

Valtinsu batteries are covered by a 1-year warranty. A defective battery will be repaired or replaced free of charge within one year.

The warranty period for repaired or replaced batteries is based on the original purchase date.
Batteries must be evaluated and confirmed defective directly by Valtinsu.

Battery warranty exclusions include:

Charging with a non-approved charger
Tampering with battery seals
Using the battery in equipment other than the specified Valtinsu bike
Damage caused by using non-Valtinsu batteries

Supplementary Clause (Section 7.1): Damage from overcharging, low-temperature charging, or improper disassembly is excluded.

Warning: Using third-party batteries may cause motor or display damage and void your warranty.

Controller

The controller is covered by a 1-year limited warranty as part of the standard parts & components warranty.

Supplementary Clause (Section 7.1): Any modification, replacement, or installation not authorized by our company will void the controller warranty.

Motor

The motor is covered by a 1-year limited warranty as part of the standard parts & components warranty.

Supplementary Clause (Section 7.1): Damage from overload, water immersion, or collision is excluded.

Instrument Panel

The instrument panel is covered by a 6-month limited warranty.

Note: This is a shorter warranty period than the standard 12-month coverage. Please handle with care.

Parts & Components

Genuine Valtinsu parts and components come with a 1-year limited warranty. (Shipping fees for warranty replacement parts are the customer’s responsibility.)

Not covered under warranty:

Normal wear and tear (e.g., brake pads, rotors, tires, tubes, chains, cassettes, cranksets, spokes, etc.)
Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) unless caused by Valtinsu
Corrosion or environmental damage
Damage from improper assembly, maintenance, or use outside intended purpose (e.g., stunt riding, racing)
External causes such as accidents, theft, fire, flooding, or power surges
Products with removed or altered serial numbers
Products purchased or used outside of our authorized regions

Important: Parts such as frames, forks, handlebars, seats, brakes, lights, pedals, rims, hubs, controllers, displays, throttles, and wiring harnesses are only covered for one week after delivery. Damage occurring after this period will be charged.

Supplementary Clause — Wearing Parts: The following consumable items are excluded from warranty coverage: tires, brake pads, chains, and headlight bulbs. These components are subject to normal wear and tear and must be replaced at the owner’s expense.

General Warranty Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic issues (scratches, fading, dents)
Accidents, abuse, misuse, stunt riding, or racing
Environmental damage (rain, flooding, salt, sand, etc.)
Theft or loss
Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or non-Valtinsu parts
